What we collect

To do what we say we do — health rings, calendar, walks, gallery, household sharing — we store your name, email, profile photo, household membership, pet profiles and their health logs, and the activity data you choose to import or log in-app.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data, ever.
• We don't show ads. There are none.
• We don't train AI models on your conversations.
• We're not a covered health entity under HIPAA. We're a wellness app — see About.

Your rights

You can export everything in JSON or PDF, correct any field, or request deletion. Deletion is honoured within 30 days of request, with a soft-delete grace period in case you change your mind. Email privacy@palmpluspaw.com.

Where data lives

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256 by our database vendor). Media (photos, videos) lives in Cloudflare R2; routine media is delivered through Cloudflare's CDN. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe (web + Android) and Apple (iOS, mirrored via RevenueCat). We never see your card number.

Bella + Anthropic

When you talk to Bella, your messages and a small windowed summary of your activity are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Anthropic's privacy policy applies. We never train on your conversations.

Children

Children under 13 require a parent's consent to have an account. Their accounts are restricted: no chat with non-household members, no public sharing.

Changes

We'll email you at least 14 days ahead of a meaningful change to this policy.
