These terms cover your use of Palm + Paw (the apps, the website, the watch companions). They are a contract between you and Palm + Paw, Inc. — please read them.

Account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Sharing an account with another person is not how Palm + Paw is meant to work — invite them as a household member instead.

What you owe us

Don't use the app for anything illegal, abusive, or designed to defraud another user. Don't try to break the security of the service, scrape it at scale, or impersonate someone.

What we owe you

We'll do our best to keep the service available and your data safe. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll email you at least 14 days in advance. If you disagree, you can export your data and delete your account.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. iOS users manage subscriptions via Apple; web/Android via the Stripe customer portal. Refunds for accidental charges within 14 days are at our discretion — write to support@palmpluspaw.com.

Not medical advice

Palm + Paw is a wellness app. Nothing here is medical, dietary, or veterinary advice. For health decisions, talk to a professional you trust.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that violates these terms. Where we suspend, we'll tell you why — except where the law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located there. Where consumer law in your jurisdiction provides stronger protections, those apply.
